Out of 51M only 10M was release for the
construction of the resettlement site situated at Brgy.
San Andres. The Committee on Finance and Appropriation is
on research/study on how to award the unit to the
recipient in order for the town to release the remaining
41M. The legislative branch created a special committee
to study for the purpose were the Vice-Mayor act as the
chairman and the whole council as its members since the
Finance Committee acts on the financial aspect the
Committee is on the process of considering the two scheme
prepared by the concern agency that will be followed in the
awarding procedure.

The Department of Interior and Local Government
gave rescue equipments and facilities. The body unanimously
approved to pass a resolution of thanks to the department.

The people of Sto. Domingo is proud to the
LMP president Jinggoy Estrada for approving the resolution
of the SB requesting him through the League of the Municipal
Mayor of the Philippines to provide the town one brand new
ambulance. The realization of the brand new ambulance were the
town is speechless but to say "Thank you to the league for
giving one brand new ambulance for the people of Sto. Domingo"

| The Area Development Team I headed
by the Municipal Mayor will be having their seminar and training at
Subic Bay to plan projects relative to the development of the town
and the region as well. The group departed November 9 and will be
on town on November 15,1999 hoping that the group will bring the
people of Sto. Domingo in its mission and vision.
